Accessibility Audit Kit for agencies

The EAA has been enforced since June 2025 — clients need real audits, not overlay widgets

Overlay widgets promise one-click fixes — and the FTC fined a vendor US$1 million over exactly those claims. The Accessibility Audit Kit is the honest alternative for your agency: a CLI scanner that drives your installed Chrome with axe-core, client-ready white-label reports, a 40-rule fix playbook and sales scripts in three languages. One payment of ฿1,490 — bill your first audit and the kit has paid for itself.

What's inside the kit

Everything arrives in one zip: the scanner, the report templates, the playbook and the scripts. You bring Node and Chrome — the kit does the rest.

Real scanning, not a widget

CLI scanner on axe-core

A Node CLI that drives your installed Chrome with axe-core — the open-source engine professional auditors use. It crawls the pages you point it at and flags WCAG 2.2 issues with the exact element and rule.

Your brand, not ours

Branded white-label reports

Every scan turns into a client-ready report under your agency's logo and colors. Findings sorted by severity, plain-language explanations, and room for your recommendations.

Show the progress

Baseline diff mode

Rescan a site and the report shows exactly what changed since the last audit — issues fixed, new issues introduced. Perfect for retainers and before/after proof.

40 rules

Fix playbook for developers

For every rule the scanner flags: what it means, why it matters, and the code-level fix. Hand it to your developers or paste it straight into a ticket.

EN / DE / ES

Sales scripts for selling audits

How to pitch the audit, scope it, price it and deliver it — in English, German and Spanish. Includes the EAA talking points that make EU clients listen.

Day one

Quickstart + single-agency license

A README that takes you from install to first report in minutes, and a license that covers one agency running unlimited audits for its clients.

The honest part: an audit tool, not a magic button

What it is: an audit tool plus branded reports. It runs real checks against real pages and documents what it finds in WCAG 2.2 terms your clients understand.

What it is not: a legal certification. Nothing you can buy hands your client a certificate, a court-proof pass or a regulator's blessing — and this kit will never pretend otherwise.

The number nobody prints: automated checks catch roughly a third of WCAG issues. The rest needs human judgment. That's why overlay vendors end up in FTC filings — and why this kit is sold to professionals who run the process, not to people looking for a one-click escape.

Who the kit is for

Built for the people being asked the EAA question — and who want to be paid for the answer.

Agencies adding audits as a billable service

Scan, report and advise under your own branding. The kit turns an afternoon of setup into a service line you can sell at agency rates — with scripts that handle the first conversation.

Freelance developers who want to stand out

When asked “can you check our site for accessibility?”, most freelancers have only a Lighthouse score to offer. With this kit, you hand over a branded report and a fix plan.

Agencies with EU clients asking about the EAA

Since June 2025 the European Accessibility Act applies to e-commerce, banking and e-books across the EU — and clients are asking what that means for their sites. Give them a real audit instead of a widget.

Teams selling into the US, too

ADA-related web lawsuits keep climbing — 8,667 federal filings in 2025. A documented audit with a baseline and a fix plan is what serious clients actually want.

One price. Your agency owns it.

No subscription, no per-page quota, no scan credits.

Frequently asked questions

What does the license cover?

A single-agency license: one agency (a company, or a freelancer operating as one) can run unlimited audits for unlimited clients and put its own branding on every report. The kit files themselves may not be redistributed or resold — each teammate or partner agency needs their own license.

Do I get updates?

Yes — every v1.x update (new rules in the playbook, scanner improvements, report refinements) is free. Re-download any time from your download page with your email and password.

What is the refund policy?

If the kit doesn't fit how you work, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — the zip is yours to keep or delete. One refund per purchase; we only ask for optional feedback.

Do I need special software?

Node.js and the Chrome browser that's already on your machine — nothing else. The scanner drives your installed Chrome, so there is no separate browser to download and no cloud dashboard to trust. If you can run Node, you can run this.

What is this product NOT?

It is not a certification, and it is not a law firm. It is an audit tool: it finds WCAG 2.2 issues, produces branded reports and explains the fixes. No software purchase removes your client's legal responsibility — anyone claiming that is selling you a widget, not an audit.
